Effective Date: September 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and TruckShop411, located at 1519 47th Avenue, Moline, IL 61265 (“TruckShop411,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the TruckShop411 member platform at my.truckshop411.com, our website at www.truckshop411.com, our iOS and Android mobile applications, and any related services, content, courses, events, and features (together, the “Services”). The Services are intended for use in the United States.
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box during registration or checkout, downloading or using our mobile applications, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are intended for professionals in the heavy-duty truck repair, tow, and recovery industry and for vendors and other professionals who serve that industry. Membership is available to shop owners, shop managers, and employees of a shop, as well as vendors and other professionals we invite to participate. The member platform is designed for independently owned and operated shops; memberships apply to a single shop, and organizations operating multiple shops or locations should contact us to discuss an arrangement that fits their operation. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
When you register, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete — including your name, company, and the role (“Member Type”) you select — and to keep it up to date. Misrepresenting your identity, your company, or your role in the industry (for example, registering as a Shop Owner or Shop Manager when you are not one) is a material violation of these Terms and is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Shop Membership is free of charge for eligible shop owners, managers, and their employees. Free membership does not entitle you to any particular feature, and we may add, change, limit, gate, or discontinue any feature of the Services — free or paid — at any time. Features available in the mobile applications may differ from those on the website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sold. If your account includes employee sub-accounts, you are responsible for the accounts you invite, and access for those sub-accounts is tied to the standing of your account.
You may delete your account while signed in. In the mobile application, go to Account > Delete My Account. On the website, use the delete-account option in your account settings. You may also email support@truckshop411.com. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data. We complete it within 24 hours of your request. Deleting your account ends your access to the Services. Your name, photo, and profile are removed. The text of a public post or comment may remain without your identity if removing it would break a community conversation. We may also keep records the law requires us to keep.
Membership in TruckShop411 is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. This includes, without limitation, accounts that misrepresent who they are; accounts created to monitor, scrape, or gather competitive intelligence on the community or its members; conduct that harms or harasses other members; and any violation of these Terms. Except where required by law, we are not obligated to provide refunds upon suspension or termination, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.
Membership itself is free. From time to time we may offer optional paid features, content, training, groups, events, or other add-ons for a one-time fee or a recurring subscription. You are never required to buy these to keep a basic membership. Purchases are made through the website. If you choose to purchase:
TruckShop411 is a professional community. You agree not to:
We may moderate, edit, hide, or remove any content at our discretion, and members may report content or block other members using the tools provided on the platform.
You retain ownership of the content you post to the Services (posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, listings, reviews, and similar material). By posting content, you grant TruckShop411 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post. We are not responsible for content posted by members, and opinions expressed by members are their own.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, email support@truckshop411.com with enough detail for us to identify the material and consider the notice.
The Services include vendor directories, Member Advantage offers, rebates, buying programs, and other opportunities provided by third-party vendors and suppliers. These offers are made by the vendors, not by us. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, or terms of any vendor offer, and any purchase or agreement you enter into with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor. Participation in buying programs may require you to meet the vendor’s own terms and purchase requirements.
Some training may be available at no charge. Other courses, libraries, or related materials may be offered as optional paid add-ons. Courses, certifications, and related training content are provided for informational and educational purposes. A TruckShop411 certificate reflects completion of a course on our platform; it is not a government license, an OEM authorization, or a professional credential, and we make no guarantee of any particular business or employment outcome. Heavy-duty vehicle repair is inherently dangerous — always follow applicable laws, OEM procedures, and shop safety practices. You are solely responsible for work performed in your shop.
The Services and all content we provide — including courses, videos, documents, logos, and software — are owned by TruckShop411 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own business purposes while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, ADVICE, OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKSHOP411 AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVE PAID US NOTHING.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruckShop411 and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, and the arbitration will be conducted in the State of Illinois. You and TruckShop411 waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Claims that qualify for small claims court in Illinois may be filed there instead of arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify members. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms for a specific paid product, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services and replace any prior agreements on that subject. If a court or arbitrator finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 11, 2026.
TruckShop411, located at 1519 47th Avenue, Moline, IL 61265 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the TruckShop411 member platform at my.truckshop411.com, the website at www.truckshop411.com, and our iOS and Android mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the member platform and the mobile applications. The Services are intended for use in the United States. The marketing website at www.truckshop411.com has its own privacy policy for that site; the copy you accept as a member is this policy.
When you create an account, we collect the information you provide during registration: your name, username, email address, password, company, phone number, website, billing address, and the Member Type you select. If you were invited as an employee sub-account, the shop owner or manager who invited you provided us your email address for that purpose.
Membership is free. If you later purchase an optional paid feature, course library, subscription, or other add-on on the website, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We receive and store transaction records (what you purchased, when, and the amount) and a payment-method reference, but we do not store your full card number. That processor’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
The platform is a professional community. Content you add — profile details, photos, activity posts, comments, forum discussions, group content, marketplace listings, reviews, and messages — is collected and stored so we can display it as intended. Your profile and most community content are visible to other logged-in members; the platform is not open to the general public. Private messages are visible to you and your recipients, though we may access them where necessary for moderation, security, or legal compliance.
When you take courses, we collect enrollment, progress, quiz, completion, and certification data. Certificates you earn include your name and course details, and achievement badges may be visible to other members on your profile. Certificates include a QR verification code; anyone with a certificate’s verification link can confirm the certificate holder’s name, course, and completion date through our public verification page.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the platform to function — keeping you logged in, remembering preferences, and maintaining security. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used in aggregate so we can improve it. You can adjust your browser to decline cookies, but parts of the platform may not function without them.
When you use our iOS or Android applications, we may also collect device information (such as device type, operating system, and app version), crash and performance data, and a push-notification token if you enable notifications. If you upload a photo or other media from your device, we collect that file. If you use a location-based feature (for example, a shop directory or map), we may collect location information you choose to share. The apps may include third-party software that helps us operate, secure, and improve them (for example, crash reporting or analytics). Those providers process information on our behalf. We do not use the apps to collect information we do not need to operate the Services.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
You may delete your account while signed in:
You may also email support@truckshop411.com. We complete deletion within 24 hours of your request. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data. Your name, photo, and profile are removed. The text of a public post or comment may remain without your identity if removing it would break a community conversation. We may keep records the law requires us to keep (for example, tax or accounting), or as needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes. Copies in backups may take longer to drop off.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After you delete your account, we follow the practices in Section 5.
Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share as described above); to object to or restrict processing; and to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. You can update most of your information in your account settings, and you can delete your account as described in Section 5. For anything else, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. If we decline your request, you may appeal by contacting us, and depending on your state of residence you may also have the right to contact your state attorney general.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
The Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify members.
